Full Text of Landmark DOMA Ruling Cites Tenth Amendment Violation

Federal Judge Joseph Tauro, out of Boston, ruled today, in two separate cases, that some key parts of the Defense of Marriage Act are unconstitutional.

In particular, Tauro ruled that Congress violated the Tenth Amendment when it passed DOMA.
