Pioneering Woman at Heller Dies at 70

Catherine Rosen, a former Heller Ehrman litigator, died Friday after a battle with cancer. She was 70.

Rosen, who was one of the first women hired by then-Heller Ehrman White & McAuliffe, focused on complex litigation, according to SFGate. She had been married to litigator Sanford Rosen, of San Francisco’s Rosen Bien & Galvan, for 52 years.
