Following in Wilson Sonsini’s footsteps, Orrick now has a free online tool for generating venture-financing documents.
Wilson launched its term-sheet generator in April, which allows budding Valley entrepreneurs to answer a couple of questions online and voila, get a draft term sheet for negotiating their deal with a venture capital firm. Today, Orrick announced it’s also doing something similar — and perhaps a little more extensive.
Legal Pad has a question for all you startup lawyers of distinguishing taste: Which one is better?
Click here for Wilson’s. Click here for Orrick’s. Then tell us in the comments which you like and why.
