Check out the just-posted list of the 10 most popular stories of 2008 on CalLaw.com (the online counterpart to The Recorder newspaper). Heller Ehrman and Thelen were high up there — no surprise there. But the role that Chargers tickets (allegedly) played in a certain famous lawyer’s prison term might be considered more of a sleeper hit.
