Heller's Tonsfeldt Finds Home in Redwood City

Were you wondering where Venture Law Group/Heller’s big M&A guy, Steve Tonsfeldt, ended up?

If you remember, he didn’t’ go along with his VLG buds to Cooley because of a conflict — he’s representing Foundry Networks in an M&A deal with Brocade, a Cooley client.

Now, he’s got a phone extension at a tiny corporate boutique called White & Lee in Redwood City. No word on whether he’s there to stay or just waiting till the Brocade deal is done. Tonsfeldt didn’t return a phone call from Legal Pad Monday.
