The Best Qualities in a Judge, Per Brosnahan

The Lawyers' Club of San Francisco kicked off its new "An Evening With ..." series Sept. 23 with a talk by Morrison & Foerster litigator James Brosnahan. With a roomful of bench and bar stalwarts looking on, Brosnahan described the three qualities that he considers paramount in a good judge (including a fun anecdote about the late Alfonso Zirpoli).

The Lawyers' Club plans at least two more "Evening With" programs, one featuring Judges Vaughn Walker, William Alsup and Charles Breyer, and the other headlined by defense attorney Cristina Arguedas.
